Report: Opportunities for reusables in retail settings during COVID-19

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, reusable items such as coffee cups and shopping bags were widely used by consumers. However, given the uncertainties surrounding transmission risk, some retailers suspended this practice. The National Zero Waste Council has published a report identifying opportunities to help Canadian retailers decide if and how they can return to the use of reusable products and their associated service models in retail settings, given the disruptions of the pandemic.
