Scientists at Singapore University upcycle vegetable waste into health and personal care products

Scientists at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore have discovered a way to make health and personal care products out of vegetable waste. The process is both environmentally friendly and cost-effective, extracting beneficial plant compounds like polyphenols, carotenoids and chlorophylls from vegetables like kale.
