SCS Global Services has launched a certification system for recycled electronics
SCS Global Services, an environmental and sustainability certifier, has introduced a recycled content-based certification program that sets baselines for recycled content for industries producing electrical and electronic equipment. The system verifies the total percentage of recycled materials in items and encourages continues improvement. Products must have more than one recycled material and range from 5-50% recycled content to be certified. Read more about electronic recycling certification.
