Some foam products banned in NYC

Starting January 1, 2019, stores and food establishments in the city can no longer offer, sell or possess single-use foam items such as cups, plates and take-out containers. Manufacturers and stores in the city can also no longer sell or offer loose fill packaging. Learn more about the NYC’s foam ban.
