Spinnova and The North Face partnership introduces sustainable outdoor apparel
The sustainable textile material company, Spinnova is partnering with The North Face to make circular outdoor apparel commercially available. Spinnova has created its own sustainable fibre using cellulose from wood, making it 100% recyclable and biodegradable. The process to make the fibre uses significantly less water and contributes smaller CO2 emissions than producing traditional cotton. The fibre is so versatile that it can be used in many different types of products, including outdoor gear.
