UEFA launches its Circular Economy Guidelines

The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has unveiled its Circular Economy Guidelines that contain 11 policies to work toward achieving the UEFA Football Sustainability Strategy by 2030. In the UEFA context, circular economy refers to the optimization of the consumption and life cycle of products, most notably food, packaging and branded items throughout UEFA operations and events. UEFA is working closely with their partners to implement the policies at the 2022 UEFA Champions League Final. Learn more.
