Using fabric generated from ocean waste to make sportswear

Maksha, a sustainable surfwear company based in Australia is using ECONYL regenerated nylon to create sportswear. The ECONYL fabric is generated from ocean waste, including plastic bottles and fishing nets as well as carpets from landfills. The company is committed to sustainability by also producing balance boards made from cork rollers for surfing training on land. Learn more.
