RPRA’s Registry is now open for Supply and Performance Reporting for the Tires program. The deadline to submit these reports is May 31, 2024.

Tire Producers
What do producers need to report in their Supply Report?
- The units and weights of tires supplied in Ontario in 2022
- For large or medium producers – a verification report for the supply data being submitted
Producers will also be required to pay the associated 2024 program fee when they submit their supply report.
What do producers need to report in their Performance Report?
- Producers (or a PRO on their behalf) are required to report the units and weight of tires collected in the 2023 calendar year
- The units and weight of tires that were managed by reuse or retreading and the weight of processed materials by type, up until March 31, 2024
- Producers (or a PRO on their behalf) must submit a report auditing their performance from 2021, 2022, and 2023
Tire PROs
Tire PROs must submit performance reports for their 2023 activities, as well as performance reports on behalf of each of their producer clients for the same year.
What do PROs need to report in their Performance Report?
- The units and weight of tires collected in the 2023 calendar year
- The units and weight of tires that were managed by reuse or retreading and the weight of processed materials by type, up until March 31, 2024
- A report auditing performance from 2021, 2022, and 2023 (on behalf of their producer clients)

- The units and weight of tires collected in the 2023 calendar year
- The units and weight of tires that were managed by reuse or retreading and the weight of processed materials by type up until March 31, 2024
Tire Haulers, Retreaders and Processors
Tire Haulers, Retreaders and Processors must submit performance reports for their recovery and management activities for 2023.
