RPRA’s Registry is now open for supply and performance reporting for HSP
RPRA’s Registry is now open for hazardous and special products’ (HSP) producers, PROs, processors, haulers, and disposal facilities to submit their annual performance report. Producers are also required to submit an annual supply report and pay the 2026 program fee. All reports are submitted online through RPRA’s Registry.

The deadline for HSP supply and performance reporting is July 31, 2026. However, RPRA is delaying the performance audit requirement in 2026 – see below for more details.
Important reminders for 2026 reporting
- Supply data verification report:
- RPRA recently updated its HSP Verification and Audit Procedure. Producers must verify supply data in accordance with the updated procedure:
- Producers of categories A (oil filters and non-refillable pressurized containers) and B (oil containers, antifreeze, solvents, paints and coatings, and pesticides) that meet the definition of ‘large producer’ must submit a supply data verification report by July 31, 2026. Small producers are not required to submit a verification report but will be subject to inspections.
- Refillable pressurized containers producers are no longer subject to supply verification.
- RPRA recently updated its HSP Verification and Audit Procedure. Producers must verify supply data in accordance with the updated procedure:
- Performance audit report:
- RPRA is delaying the requirement to submit a performance audit report. This decision was made because RPRA is in the process of finalizing its registry procedures for performance audit reporting.
- Producers and PROs will be required to submit a performance audit report at a later time, to be confirmed in consultation with PROs, and in accordance with the finalized procedure.
