Haulers (transporters), processors and disposal facilities are often referred to as service providers.
- An HSP hauler is a person that arranges the transport of HSP used by consumers in Ontario that is destined for processing, reuse, refurbishing or disposal.
- An HSP processor is a person that processes HSP used by consumers in Ontario for the purpose of resource recovery.
- An HSP disposal facility means a facility at which pesticides used in Ontario are disposed of.
Under the HSP Regulation, collection site operators are not required to register or report.
