English muffins now made with upcycled beer by-product
Stone & Skillet, LLC. and Upcycled Foods, Inc. have partnered to create a new English muffin that incorporates an upcycled ingredient called ReGrained SuperGrain+®, which makes use of the nutritious grain left behind in the beer brewing process. Beyond being good for the environment, the ingredient is a healthy option for people, delivering plant protein, dietary fiber, and prebiotics.
